A close call is an opportunity to prevent an injury.
Personnel access
Only people on this approved roster can access company safety data. Add people individually or import your company list. Remove access when someone leaves; their past reports remain.
Changes take effect on the next server request. Information already displayed on a device cannot be remotely erased.
Add a person
Import company roster (CSV)
Columns: name,email,worker_type,expires_at. Use employee or contractor. Expiration is optional; use an ISO date/time with timezone. Maximum 100 people per batch. Imports add or update matching emails and never remove omitted people.
Private setup link
Verify the person’s identity and share this only with them through a trusted channel. Anyone holding it can set this account’s password. It is not sent by email and is not saved here. This display clears after two minutes; clearing it does not revoke an unused link.
Company sites
Add a location or retire a completed site. Retired sites stay on past reports but cannot be selected for new reports.

Safety reporting trends
Near misses and hazard observations support prevention. More reporting can reflect better participation; these charts do not measure injury frequency.
Charts cover loaded pilot records, including test reports. Dates use the viewing device’s timezone. Status is current; actions belong to the selected reports, regardless of their due date. Dashboard totals above cover all loaded periods.
Company injury rates — all sites
Separate from near-miss reports. The site filter above applies only to reporting graphs.
TRIR = recordable cases × 200,000 ÷ hours worked. TRIF/TRIFR = recordable cases × 1,000,000 ÷ hours worked. Both use the same entered case count and workforce scope. Agree the recordable-case definition with your safety coordinator and clients. Near misses are excluded.
Enter or correct monthly figures
Enter actual hours worked and recordable cases for the same month and workforce. Keep employee and contractor entries separate. Enter zero cases explicitly when verified; a blank or missing month is not zero. Use totals only—no names or medical details.
